- Ryan Papy
Ryan Papy is the President of Keyes Insurance and a founder of Tom Gallagher Insurance. He has over a decade of experience in the management and insurance industry. He specializes in identifying and negotiating insurance carrier products that are competitive and reliable for all insureds. In addition, Ryan specializes in Property Risk Management for individuals, developers, and corporations. He is a 9th generation Floridian that is active with his family, and in the community. Ryan participates annually in the Dolphin Cycling Challenge, benefiting the UM Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
- Jennifer Papy
As General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer at Keyes Insurance, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing all legal and financial operations within the Agency. Prior to working for Keyes Insurance, Jennifer was a litigation Associate at Ferrell Law, and, prior to that, an Associate at Papy, Weissenborn, Vraspir, & Puga, specializing in insurance related litigation. Jennifer graduated cum laude with a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, and she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Florida State University.

Tom Gallagher, one of the Founders of Tom Gallagher Insurance, has spent over 30 years serving the public in the State of Florida and has witnessed the problems citizens face in the insurance market. Since his retirement from public office, he has resolved to provide the people of Florida with insurance information and products that focus on customer service, integrity, cost effectiveness, and security.

- Nic Varsi
Nic is one of the founding principles of Keyes Insurance. With 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, Nic has the breadth of knowledge and market relationships necessary to best serve our clients. Currently, Nic serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales for the firm, where he leads a team of insurance and risk management professionals. Nic began his insurance career upon graduating from Florida International University with a Bachelors in Economics.

Daisy Tosado is the Customer Relations Manager at Keyes Insurance. She has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Daisy has experience in claims, agency services, customer relations and employee management.
- Keith Saunders
Keith Saunders is the Director of the Employee Benefits Division at Keyes Insurance and is tasked with the responsibility of strategic planning, client relations, overseeing CSR development, and helping build tailor-made benefits programs for each customer. Keith graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in 2007 and joined Keyes Insurance as an Employee Benefits Specialist. After demonstrating an ability to help our clientele, run a more efficient Employee benefits program, and provide excellent service Keith was promoted to the position of Director of Employee Benefits Division in 2013.

Patrick Puertas directs the marketing and servicing process of all Commercial clientele. He has dedicated himself to increasing business production while maintaining the personal relationships with each of his clients. Patrick has become a dependable source of customer satisfaction and product delivery for business owners.
- Jennifer Ruiz
Jennifer Ruiz has over 14 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. She has been with the company since 2012 where she started as a policy processor and later joined the sales department where she’s distinguished herself among her peers. In addition, she has been able to gain the trust of many Realtors and Managers who’ve seen her diligent work ethic and integrity. Throughout her career Jennifer has written insurance coverage for over 2500 clients. Jennifer has been the companywide Top Sales Agent in 2016 and 2017.
- Carolyn Bonilla
Carolyn Bonilla has over 10 years of experience in the insurance business. She started from a very young age at Gallagher Property & Casualty where she started learning the business from the ground up. Here she mastered skills of efficiency, organization, and responsiveness. Carolyn’s area of expertise is in the personal line department. This experience gave her the knowledge to train up and coming sales agents in the company. Not only that, but Carolyn prides herself on delivering a high level of service to her clients. Her personal goal is to go above and beyond with each one of her customers by helping them with any questions or issues they might have in a very responsive manner.
- Mark Introcaso
Mark is the company’s Chief Operating Officer. He has compiled a very noteworthy career over his 37 years in the business. In 1995 Mark founded an agency which grew to over 80,000 policies and 70 team members. Mark sold his agency in 2012 to Brown & Brown Insurance. For an additional three years Mark stayed on with Brown and Brown as the Vice President of Personal Lines where he managed and grew the largest Personal Lines book in Florida. In 2015 Mark joined Peoples Trust where he was the Director of Business Development South Region where he oversaw hundreds of staff and agencies.
Mark was raised in Miramar Florida from the age of six months. Mark is married to his High School sweetheart, Sandy Introcaso, for 40 years. They have two daughters, Kara Mercado and Kailey Introcaso, and two Grandsons Evan & Gabrielle.

Monica Ojeda is one of our Account Specialist. She is a licensed professional with 10+ years working in the industry. Monica has been the recipient of 3 “Honor Ring” Awards for having the highest retention level out of 1100 agencies, as well as the highest designation given by Allstate to the top 10 agencies
- Savanna Olivier
Savanna Olivier is one of our Account Specialists. She is a licensed professional with years working in the industry. Savannah comes not only with her 2-20 license but also her 2-15 license. Not only that, but previously she served as an esthetician, which helped cultivate her great social skills.
